Aiko Coffee Bar was started by two friends, Nyamsuren and Chantsal, who share a love for Japanese culture, quality matcha, and creating drinks that feel special. What began as a small idea—a coffee cart for local events—has grown into a traveling café that brings beautiful drinks and warm hospitality wherever it goes.

We take inspiration from Japanese kissaten culture, where every cup is made with care and attention to detail. There’s a saying we love, 「一期一会」(ichi-go ichi-e) — “one time, one meeting” — a reminder that every moment with our guests is unique and worth cherishing.

Our menu blends the classics—smooth espresso, creamy matcha—with seasonal creations you can’t find anywhere else. Guided by 「おもてなし」(omotenashi), the Japanese spirit of genuine hospitality, we aim to make every guest feel welcome and cared for.
